We enable and facilitate community members to work collectively and in common interest groups as effective approaches for strengthening community inclusion that promote need-based and sustainable solutions. We amplify community voices for effective influencing of county plans and policy actions on socio-economic development, natural resource governance and climate change. We create strategic linkages and strengthening existing ones between communities (including their interests and priorities) and formal institutions. Through our learning platforms, community collective action and stakeholder mapping and connection approaches, we make communities central in defining and promoting local sustainable solutions to the challenges of local livelihoods, natural resource governance and climate change
